After a wait and liner arrived we had a great crew and installed perfectly!

Took longer then promised to install however, when completed the extra time was worth the wait. Pool looks fantastic.

Loved the new liner, but we had the liner put in then had to close it for the winter. Back in November we noticed the water going down. So hopefully, you will be back in April to find out where the leak is !

Amazing to deal with! Honest, fair and had me up and swimming before summer. It was a complete pleasure to deal with them from the salesman to the office staff as well as the installation crew very top-notch!

Best Pool liners did an amazing job. They even fixed a hole in the wall of my pool just to complete the job same day and thoroughly. Price was great, we were promptly scheduled and were able to enjoy our pool for the remainder of the Summer. Really can’t ask for anything better. They are certainly “The Best”!

The 2 guys did a great job. Executed efficiently and in less than 3 hours. They were done ahead of the water delivery. Note: I should have asked during the sales process but they do not take the old liner, so ask ahead about that.

Highly recommend Best Pool Liners

This was our first time in 15 years that we had to have our liner replaced. I got the quote and it was a bit more than what my friends paid for their new liner 2 years earlier (their pool is double the size). However, I liked the salesman. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He said my liner would be ready in 5 weeks and it was already the end of April. I got a call 4 weeks later that the liner was ready. We didn’t have to do anything, they took care of everything. My pool was originally installed in 2009, when that company put the liner in they walked all over the sand, installed the liner and when they filled up the pool, there were heel divots all over the bottom of the pool. It drove me nuts. When Best pool liners replaced the liner, their guys came in, smoothed out the sand on the ground like icing (fondant) on a cake. It was magical to watch. The liner was installed and it looks stunning. And they did it without any heel marks. I have been recommending them ever since. The quality and craftsmanship that these guys gave was impeccable. I wished the springs were attached

Pool company charged $10 per spring…. Very costly

Several wrinkles in all 4 corners that did not go away. Also around built in steps. Concerned that each wrinkle will become a weak spot and eventually leak. Was told by the installer that wrinkles would eventually straighten out but they haven’t.

Other than my concerns about wrinkles we are pleased with the product and the installers.

Very pleased with this company, our installer, Dan was the best. We had a problem with the liner falling after it was installed and they came right away to fix it, and also said that if we had the same problem when the pool was open, they would come back and fix it again.
