Called best liners for a liner for ingeound pool. Everything worked out in a timely fashion. Did as much hat work as said . Everything went very smooth.. liner guy was the best easy to get along with and work with ya on water delivery… would use again if needed.

I met with Peter Manny 5/31/2024 and he was very professional and informative. He explained the difference in the mil of liner and allowed me to select 3 different liners just in case my first choice was not in stock. He also explained the warranty on the liner. One week later the professional measurer came out and measured my pool. I can say he was detail and took his time getting the precise measurements needed to send to the manufacturer. Peter also promised the liner would be installed before my July 4th pool party. The installers came to my house on July 2nd and did a great job from start to finish. They removed my old liner and bagged it up for trash pick up day, because I elected to do the disposal to save money. The installers gave me the exact time to call the water company to deliver the water. The pool liner was installed with perfection and details. I’m sorry I don’t remember everyone name involved in the installation. They all did an amazing job and the price was within our budget. I had a liner installed last October 2023 and it showed signs of seam tears. I contacted the company and they sent their great Connecticut team out to check out the tears and they immediately ordered a new liner and installed the brand new liner this year for free under warranty conditions. Kyle and his team did a super job installing our liner even though it wasn’t the easiest install for them because it is a 40 year old in ground pool. We had a great experience from the salesman to the installer. Thanks again.

From our very first meeting where we picked out our liner, everything went smoothly. Everyone we met with was professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Our liner arrived within three weeks, as promised. The installers were lovely. They knew exactly what they were doing, they were efficient, incredibly tidy, and a pleasure to work with. Even the water company that they organized was timed perfectly to fill the pool. Great experience from beginning to end.

We were thinking of getting another above the ground pool installed. My husband saw the ad for Best Pool liners and gave them a call. The salesman came out to the house with many samples. I picked out one and the installers called to do the measurements and said you don’t need a new pool it’s in great shape. Once the liner arrived they came out and got it done within 4-5 hrs including rip out and new installation. They save us over $11,000.

Best Pool Liners really is the best! They came to give us an estimate within days of when we first contacted them. Rich was professional and knowledgeable. He had a book of sample liners with him that made it easy to choose from the many possibilities. The liner arrived within three weeks and was installed within hours. The couple that installed it was friendly and efficient. They were professional and skilled. As they were finishing up, the water truck arrived right on time. A completely seemless experience. After a wait and liner arrived we had a great crew and installed perfectly!

Took longer then promised to install however, when completed the extra time was worth the wait. Pool looks fantastic.

Loved the new liner, but we had the liner put in then had to close it for the winter. Back in November we noticed the water going down. So hopefully, you will be back in April to find out where the leak is !

Amazing to deal with! Honest, fair and had me up and swimming before summer. It was a complete pleasure to deal with them from the salesman to the office staff as well as the installation crew very top-notch!

Best Pool liners did an amazing job. They even fixed a hole in the wall of my pool just to complete the job same day and thoroughly. Price was great, we were promptly scheduled and were able to enjoy our pool for the remainder of the Summer. Really can’t ask for anything better. They are certainly “The Best”!
